WHO WE ARE…
Our love affair with Yorkies began nearly two decades ago when we welcomed our first little Yorkie, Adom, into our home. He quickly stole our hearts with his spunky personality and endless affection. Soon after, we welcomed our first female Yorkie, Eve, and that's when it all began! As our family grew, so did our Yorkie family, and our human family grew with three children. They all had the pleasure of having puppies, enjoying them, caring for them, and loving them throughout their lives. My oldest is now 18, and our children have grown up surrounded by these wonderful dogs. We were captivated by their intelligence, their loyalty, and their ability to bring so much joy to our lives. We decided to start breeding Yorkies to share this incredible breed with other families and to ensure that each puppy is raised with the same love and care that we gave to Adom and Eve.
What makes our breeding program unique is our commitment to raising healthy, well-rounded Yorkies in a loving family environment. Unlike many breeders, our Yorkies are not raised in kennels. They are cherished members of our family, living and sleeping in our home, sharing our lives, and receiving constant love and attention. This creates exceptionally well-socialized puppies who are ready to thrive in their forever homes.
As pioneers in Yorkie breeding in Florida, we offer a diverse selection unlike any other. From Teacups to Traditional Yorkies, Chocolates to Sables, Silverbacks to Parti Merles, we have a Yorkie to fit every family and lifestyle. We believe in allowing our dogs to choose their mates naturally, fostering healthy and happy pairings. No matter what you're looking for in a companion, we can help you find the perfect Yorkie to bring joy to your home.

FAQ HIGHLIGHTS
WHAT EXACTLY IS A TEACUP YORKIE?
🐾The term "teacup Yorkie" is used to describe Yorkshire Terriers that are notably smaller than the breed standard. While the American Kennel Club (AKC) sets the standard Yorkie weight between 4 and 7 pounds, teacup Yorkies typically weigh between 2 and 4 pounds when fully grown.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LIFESPAN OF A YORKIE?
🐾With proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary attention, Yorkies can enjoy a lifespan comparable to standard Yorkies. You can generally expect them to live for 12 to 15 years, and some even live well into their late teens. Providing a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a loving environment contributes to their longevity.
WHAT KIND OF GROOMING ROUTINE DO YORKIES NEED?
🐾Yorkies are known for their luxurious, long, and silky coats, which require dedicated grooming to prevent mats and tangles. Daily brushing is essential to maintain their coat's health and appearance. Additionally, professional grooming every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended to keep their coat trimmed and tidy. Regular bathing, ear cleaning, and nail trimming are also important aspects of their grooming regimen.
